The department is led by Hratch Bahlawanian, who brings over 25 years of experience booking artists and celebrities for live events across global markets and formats.
Talent Acquisition & Negotiation
We handle all negotiations and contract execution. We work directly with agents and managers to secure the best terms while protecting our clients' interests and their brand.
Agent & Manager Relationships
Long-standing, trusted relationships with the top agents and managers, giving us direct access to artists and efficient booking processes.
Talent Management & Logistics (Advancing)
Full oversight from contract signing to event day: marketing material approval, flights, accommodation, ground transportation, technical needs (backline) and technical riders.
On-Site Talent Direction
Hands-on, rigorous management of the artist experience on the ground, from airport welcome to performance and departure, ensuring first-class service and flawless execution.
